How to Avoid the Biggest Mistake with EFT Meridian Tapping

If you haven’t been introduced to EFT Meridian Tapping, get ready for some powerful awakening! I’ve used this in my medical practice over the past decade with amazing results, and it’s pretty universal. EFT has been shown to resolve chronic pain, chronic fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, depression, PTSD, autoimmune disease, and many other diseases that elude most conventional doctors.

However, there’s a major mistake most people make when practicing EFT Meridian Tapping that will significantly limit your results.

Join me for this week’s episode of MindBody TV to learn how I’ve used EFT in my medical practice to reliably see significant shifts and healing for physical, mental, and emotional dis-ease!

XO,
Kim

  1. Love your stuff but I don’t have an hour to listen to your info. I’ve been tapping for years and want to know the biggest mistake. Can you just tell me?

  3. Dr. Kim, question on clearing meridians. What do you know about Hyaluronic acid (HA) as a fluid flowing through the meridians? I ask because I have knee arthritis and HA is critical to reducing and cushioning pain, hence depleted in arthritis. When I tap, am I ALSO addressing the physical component of HA in the meridian points and increasing its flow as I’m clearing the meridians? This info from Dr. Kim Bonghan (1965 research). He tested fluids at meridian points and found DNA, adrenaline, estrogen, and HA … “this fluid being the material aspect of chi” quoted from Bonghan. Do you know anything about this? Does it make sense to you medically? I’ve been doing EFT for two weeks now with minimal improvement, although lots of tears, hard crying, releases, etc. Can you respond via my email? Thanks! Loved your presentation at the Summit! Paula

  4. Thank you so much for this post.
It was a breakthrough for me.
Although I’ve been participating in the summits and other EFT programs for few years now I couldn’t often connect with what was being tapped on or find a number to match the intensity or be specific with what to say. Nothing to work with would come to mind. Until today.
When you shared that first the ‘focus and intention needed to be on loving, nurturing and connecting with self more fully’ rather than on fixing the problem, it made sense.
I now realize that how I’ve felt was an inseparable mixture of multiple issues each contributing their own intensities of fear, anxiety, guilt, shame, etc., that I couldn’t separate out to deal with on their own. I was registering myself as the issue, the cause, the problem, the reason I felt the way I did.
I have peace that I can identify the areas in my life where each of the challenges are and not just seeing myself as the main challenge.
Not that I didn’t appreciate myself, but I took full responsibility and blame for all the issues.
Being able to start with accepting, embracing, loving and nurturing myself to begin with, in spite of all the overwhelming issues is huge. Thank you.
