The biggest thing that prevents us from maintaining a sense of harmony, peace, and wellbeing is FEAR. Fear is that sense in the body that tells us: “There’s something wrong! Stop! It’s not okay!”
The other day I had a question from a client who had lots of anxiety coming up. She’d already resolved this and gone way beyond it…then it was “back?”
One of the most powerful ways to allow your body to heal and release physical, emotional, or mental pain is to stop trying to get out of pain and simply be with your body.
We’re taught to “be careful” and stay in control of our lives, but do you realize how much energy goes into controlling yourself? What if you were willing to be out of control?
