How to be with your pain to release it

One of the most powerful ways to allow your body to heal and release physical, emotional, or mental pain is to stop trying to get out of pain and simply be with your body.

One of the biggest ways I help others heal is to change the communication they’re having with their body.

Most of our inner communication is unconscious. We’re spending most of our time trying to “fix” the problem and escape pain, when the most powerful way to heal is to enter directly into our greatest pain!

I will say it again:

The most powerful way to heal is to enter directly into our greatest pain.

When we bring our attention to our pain and let ourselves feel all of it fully, without trying to escape, what we find is the pain dissolves.

Your body has the wisdom to correct any imbalance you’re experiencing. Connecting with it fully, giving it your full attention, is a huge key to activating this healing force within you.
