Thank you for this video. Life force? This information is proving most valuable of all your tools. I have found as I lie down on my bed and let my physical body become still and feel the pain and rotten feelings in my physical body in stillness. This seems to let the life force come through to bring lightness, peace and healing warmth to the body and open the mind.
Thank you for this. Meanwhile, I will continue to work with this tool of letting my physical body persevere in stillness to let this happen. This seems to be the best approach to fight old age and health issues. Let the physical body be still and do nothing. Let life be willed through you. Like giving birth.
