  4. Dear Dr. KIM, with delight i followed your Heart-Mind harmonization! I am so grateful for your contageous enthusiasm! – Th other day you mentioned how hard it was for you to learn to have FUN, and that you had a mentor who taught you, gave you exercises …and checked with you until you had it right… I come from a family who are all helpers and carers and career people too, but “to love yourself” has not been taught to us. Could you address that at one point of time? I did your MondBody Toolkit exercises; maybe it need to revisit and redo.
