Is Anxiety Normal?

Anxiety is so pervasive in our culture today, many think it is “normal” to be in constant fear. However, living in anxiety disrupts health on every level of our body. There are many ways of dealing with anxiety, but can we truly go beyond it to be free?

  1. Dr Kim, I am with you in Embracing Health right now. I was first attracted to the Auto Immune Facebook group (tapping solutions) because I connected with you! I am moving along at my own pace and learning. I fear, however, the time with opportunity to your personal one on one guidance will not happen for me as I witnessed the prominent ones in the group get. When Embracing Health ends in August, will you still be available as you have been since it began in April through Facebook?

    • Hi Jeanne,

      Try to release the fear that you won’t have time with Dr. Kim. She remains available even after the program ends. Have you had a chance to get on a call?

      You are also always free to post questions on the MindBody page and we do have an Embracing Health Graduates page that you will be invited to when the program ends in August. This is for anyone who has gone through the program and would like to stay connected to others who have done the same.

    • Hi Jeanne,

      If you are hoping to speak directly with Dr. Kim, I suggest raising your hand in the next call in a couple of weeks. She answers everyone who wants to speak during the call. I don’t want you to feel like you didn’t get a chance to have your questions answered. Since this is our last group call it would be the best time to get some one-on-one time.
