Chi Gong to Release Grief and Despair for Healing

I recently had a private session with one of my clients. She had experienced a significant trauma in her past. The energies of grief and despair were still in her body.

By using this powerful exercise I learned from Chi Gong master, Daisy Lee of Radiant Lotus Qigong, I was able to assist her in moving that energy through her body.

Here’s how to do it!

Use this exercise any time to release old energy of grief, pain or despair that have been held in your body. This is a powerful way to invite that energy to move and to allow healing to occur.

Love,
-Dr. Kim

  3. Loved this content! However, I sure hope your deck is under construction, otherwise with now safety slats, mesh or plexiglass it’ll be REALLY unsafe for your child as she/he grows up.

    • Hi Darlene. Dr. Kim has so many useful tools and programs that can be so beneficial. I have found the act of just allowing to be the most beneficial. I too have Lyme and this has been the greatest benefit. Not “battling” but rather allowing what is and sending love to myself. I have done many programs from Dr.Kim and they are wonderful.

  9. Thank you SO much for posting the video. I’ve tried over many yrs to move beyond the trauma, grief, sadness esp of the last 3 yrs w/o any luck. The negative emotions come up every now and then. I don’t know how to deal with it anymore. So, you bet I’ll be working the moves.

    • Hi Brenda,

There isn’t anything you “have to do” other than to allow those feelings to come up so they can move out. Emotions are not positive or negative. That is our judgment of them that we label them as good or bad. See if you can let them come up without judgment.
