Why EFT Doesn’t Always Work…(and what to do!)
Whenever I hear someone say: “I’m doing EFT on this and still my symptoms persist! What’s wrong?
I always remind them to forget about trying to make things better and instead use tapping to LOVE their body.
This sounds simplistic but it makes ALL the difference when you’re trying to heal.
Whether it’s releasing pain, anxiety, fatigue, depression, or a chronic illness that’s persistent, there is always something UNDERNEATH that symptom that is asking for your attention.
When you’re using EFT to make the problem go away, rather than to love your body, you miss the point of this healing art.

I am very excited to share this, because I think it’s the missing piece that has people struggle using EFT.
Remember, when you use EFT (or any healing modality) to make things better, you’ll have to keep returning again and again. When you use EFT to love your body, healing happens automatically -and inevitably!
