  1. Where I get confused, is if you identify that the feelings are really all about feeling not enough, inadequate, etc, and those are subconscious beliefs, how do you shift those beliefs? I have done so much of this work and have identified that I just never feel adequate, never feel like I am doing enough, being enough, but how do I get rid of those beliefs? Thank you.
