Is Your Mind Making You Sick? It’s NOT All In Your Head
The mind is networked throughout the entire body, constantly sending signals that either boost health OR generate the inflammation and stress hormones that create disease. Digestion, immune function, and detoxification pathways have all been shown to be directly and significantly impacted by these subconscious thoughts and beliefs. When we suffer from chronic illness, one of the biggest places to address is this network of neurologic information. Does that mean illness is all in your head? NO! It’s in your cells and it does indeed show up medically.
Watch this week’s episode of MindBody TV where I’ll share the science behind how our thoughts directly impact our health and can be the key to shifting us out of chronic illness and into vibrant health!

A couple comments. This was an amazing video; just the type of ‘theme’ I am drawn to and have been for decades. (also ones like How to tap into your guidance for answers….and Your words are Medicine). Is there a specific category I should be searching through to find more of the same rather than sifting through hundreds of titles?….. There was a video referenced in this one with Jay Griff (spelling?) about health and finances but don’t know where to find it on the list. Finally, I just picked up a copy of a book entitled Breaking the Age Code by Becca Levy who has done extensive research on aging well. This is so tied in with your work as she says how we age and how long we might live is related to our beliefs and expectations regarding our abilities as we grow older. I’d love to see this addressed maybe in your podcasts or with the tapping solution summits; I feel this is a highly relevant topic/concern; I have become aware of language I sometimes use when referencing my age -73- and since my cells are listening I need to stop referencing a couple physical limitations. Never thought about this particular issue before as something to turn around but it can add several years to my life and I’m all in for that! thank you.
Hi Mary, thank you for your feedback! We will look into this and will provide guidance as soon as possible.
