How to Ignite Your Light

VIDEO SYNOPSIS

We have within us the ability to allow our light to come through and flourish our life, but so many of us have been disconnected. In this video, Dr. Kim talks about connecting back up to the inner ignition to allow your life to flourish.

One of the big keys to igniting your light is the breath. How do you use your breath? There is power in the breath. Deep breathing assists the cellular release of old energies you have.

Breathing into the upper chest results in tension in your neck and shoulders. Most of us unconsciously breathe this way. Energetically, it blocks awareness from your heart. It blocks the input from your wisdom, your inner knowing, and your higher self.

When there is relaxation in the body and deepening of the breath, everything opens. Your nature is to open, receive, and live in abundance and joy.

Here’s a breathing exercise you can do today.

-Start by relaxing your shoulders. As you do so, your breath will automatically come deeper into your system and down into your belly. Let everything relax.

-Put your hands in your heart and connect with love. Think about someone you love or something you are looking forward to. Allow yourself to see that as light coming through your heart and expanding to space beyond you.

-Inhale fully and take a little extra. (When you do the in-breath, bring in light. Bring in the essence of love, joy, and acceptance.)

-Relax as you exhale. (On the exhales, let your cells know to release everything that is not aligned with this light.)

-Repeat this ten times.
