  1. I have a serious eye issue that is running my life for the past two years and I am having a hard time understanding how to incorporate what you are saying, Dr Kim. I retired from a stressful business that I really hated two and a half years ago, to be an artist and travel, only to have this eye condition of burning, pain, dryness come—it has been going on for almost 2 years now and I have been to so many eye doctors, naturopaths, doctors, and tried other modalities, on supplements, and have an extremely high anxiety level all the time because I can’t read or do art, travel, etc without having painful eyes, I don’t understand how to embrace this, what does that look like or feel like? I am just scared that I am doing the wrong thing all the time—and yet I am doing Joe Dispenza’s meditation, Dawson Church’s Mind to Matter class, and your MindBody classes—my faith in healing is very low. I am at a loss…

    • Hi Nancy,

See if you can let go of the idea that you could do the wrong thing. There is no wrong thing. This is what is created in our minds when we are in duality. Good vs. bad. I can feel the struggle of trying and feeling like nothing is helping which is keeping you in a state of anxiety and stress which can keep the symptoms going. I have found allowing what is right at this moment to be ok without trying to “fix” it. I know that can be confusing because we just want our symptoms to go away, but releasing the fear around this can help so much and start to shift what you are feeling.
