Resolving Depression and Suicidal Thoughts

Have you ever felt depressed or even suicidal? Right now more people are feeling these energies than ever before. It’s not that we’re too weak to overcome them; it’s that it’s time we INTEGRATE them and be willing to LOVE and ACCEPT ourselves as we are, unconditionally.

When we suppress ourselves and are not willing to do this, we feel depressed. There are parts of us in need that we’ve not known how to presence. We’ve learned to stuff our pain!
No wonder we’re feeling so awful.
